Dubai consolidated its standing as a world cultural hub and funding vacation spot, rating first within the MENA area and second on the planet in attracting overseas direct funding (FDI) within the cultural and inventive industries (CCI) in 2021, revealed Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Tradition and Arts Authority (Dubai Tradition) and member of the Dubai Council.
