As Hawaii COVID-19 instances have been headed on their highest surge but, Governor Ige, requested guests and residents to reduce travel to and from Hawaii through October. Ige introduced that guests and residents are welcome to journey to and from the state beginning November 1, 2021.
Yesterday, at an occasion on Hawaii Island, Ige acknowledged, “Starting November 1st, we wish to invite and encourage fully-vaccinated guests and residents to journey for enterprise or leisure, trans-Pacific and inter-island.” (Source)
