Accor will merge its life-style manufacturers with London-based group Ennismore, proprietor of the Hoxton lodge chain.
The brand new entity, which can function below the Ennismore title, will probably be two-thirds owned by Accor and one-third owned by Ennismore founder Sharan Pasricha.
The brand new group was developed following a cash-free merger.
It can function ten Accor life-style manufacturers, together with Mondrian, Delano and SLS.
