Rameswaram is a city on Pamban Island, within the southeast Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It’s identified for Ramanathaswamy Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage website with ornate corridors, large sculpted pillars and sacred water tanks. Devotees bathe within the waters of Agni Theertham, off the seashore east of the temple. Gandamadana Parvatham is a hill with island views. A chakra (wheel) right here is alleged to bear an imprint of Lord Rama’s toes.
